Construction standards can be simply divided into flatness, gloss and clarity
(1) Flatness: the degree of flatness of the floor surface after construction is one of the main indicators for evaluating the construction standard.
(2) Gloss: the reflection degree of visible light on the surface of the floor, the higher the flatness and smoothness of the surface, the better the gloss.
(3) Clarity: the transmittance index of the floor surface, the higher the clarity, the clearer the projection of the surrounding objects on its surface.
2. Mechanical parameters
The mechanical parameters of the ground grinding equipment mainly include the grinding width, the operation mode of the grinding head, the rotational speed, the unit pressure of the grinding head, the control of water volume and the speed and mode of walking.
(1) mechanical grinding width
Relatively speaking, the larger the width of mechanical grinding, the higher the flatness of the construction area, but it is also the increase in the grinding range, which may reduce the efficiency of ground grinding and leveling.
(2) The operation mode of the mechanical grinding head the more complex the operation mode of the mechanical grinding head, the greater the grinding force, the higher the work efficiency, the general machinery is divided into a planetary grinding head operation mode and a single grinding head operation mode.
(3) The speed of the machine
The mechanical speed of the single grinding head operation mode is generally 300-600r/min, and the mechanical speed of the planetary grinding head operation mode is generally 300-600r/min, and it is converted to 800-1200r/min. Under normal circumstances, the higher the running speed of the mechanical grinding head, the higher the relative grinding force.
(4) Unit pressure of mechanical grinding head
The unit pressure of the mechanical grinding head increases, and the relative working efficiency and flatness will be improved. However, excessive pressure will lead to an increase in the power of the mechanical output, accelerate the damage of the motor, shorten the service life of the machine, and speed up the consumption of abrasive materials. Too soft ground construction, large grinding head pressure, cutting force will increase, if the machine can not run at a constant speed, will reduce the flatness of construction.
(5) Water control
General construction site mechanical operation is divided into dry grinding and water grinding, which mainly depends on the construction of the ground and the environment. In the process of floor grinding, water can play the role of lubrication, chip removal and cooling.
(6) Walking speed and way
The overall grinding speed will determine the final finish. General grinding construction using cross grinding, grinding equipment walking speed of about 6 steps every 5 seconds.
