Time flies, half a year has passed. In the previous tweets, we have introduced the principle of Comfortex stain CFS-200 & CFS-201 to harden the ground and improve the color fastness, today we will bring you back to review it.

There is a component in the stain (hereinafter referred to as component 1), which, after penetrating into the concrete, forms a chemical sol with the water in the concrete, and part of the sol reacts with the calcium hydroxide in the concrete, turning the calcium hydroxide in the concrete, which has no strength, into a substance with strength. A very small part of the sol reacts with calcium hydroxide in the concrete, turning it into a strong material. A very small part of the sol condenses itself into a water-insoluble gel, and gradually dries and condenses to form a strong "nano-silica". They are firmly bonded to the original concrete and seal the concrete capillaries, increasing the density of the concrete and reducing the flow of water in and out. The reaction products are hard and increase the hardness of the concrete. While sealing and curing, the stain bonded to the concrete is locked inside the concrete.
In 201 stain, it contains a sealer (hereinafter referred to as component 2) that will penetrate into the concrete together, bonding firmly with the concrete, locking the color and enhancing the concrete compactness again.
The penetration of solvent, component 1, and component 2 in concrete is in an inverted triangle, and they wrap the dye for a three-step penetration distribution. Due to the sealing of the concrete pores, thus locking the dye and preventing water migration. The wrapping of the dye by the component 1 reactants and the sealing component 2 prevents direct light contact with the dye on the concrete surface, consuming light energy and thus retarding light fading.
