The CFS machine is durable, and it is very important that our gear box has been tested layer by layer to effectively prevent the problem of oil leakage and air leakage of the machine, and the machine can be durable.
The testing steps are complicated, and each process must strictly abide by the testing specifications. Skilled technical master testing a gear box to spend half a day, each step must be strictly operated, while doing a good job of data records.
In the testing process, we monitor the temperature and noise decibels of the gearbox, and test at the highest temperature and decibels of the gearbox. Once the data is abnormal, the test will be suspended immediately, and the gearbox will be marked as unqualified and returned to the production department.
In order to maximize the performance of the gearbox, the technical master will also let the gearbox continue idling for 24h, and the maximum speed of the gearbox can reach 1500r/min.
After the testing process is completed, all the data indicators are within a reasonable range, our technical master will record the test results, and at the same time, pack the boxes to the warehouse for storage.
