The secret is in the gearbox. As the heart of the grinding machine, the gearbox is very important, and it is very important that the CFS machines are durable because our gearboxes are tested at all levels to prevent oil and gas leaks, so that the machines can last.
The testing steps are tedious and complicated, and each process must strictly comply with the testing specifications. It takes half a day for a skilled technician to test a gearbox, and each step must be strictly operated and the data recorded at the same time.
During the testing process, we monitor the temperature and noise decibels of the gear box, and test at the highest point of the gear box temperature and the highest decibels. Once abnormal data is found, the testing is immediately suspended and the gear box is marked as unqualified and returned to the production department.
In order to be able to test the performance of the gearbox to the maximum, the technical master will also let the gearbox continue to idle for 24h, and the maximum speed of the gearbox can reach 1500r/min.
When the testing process is completed and all data indicators are within a reasonable range, our technical master will record the test results and at the same time box them up and hand them over to the warehouse for storage.
