Now let's introduce the first member of our Foreign Trade Department -- Mia Li. Mia Li came to CFS after graduation and when asked why she joined, she said the most attractive reason was the positive working atmosphere inside the company.
Although she was a newcomer and did not know much about the product and business, when she encountered problems, other members of the team would patiently answer for her, and the warm behavior of the team made her very moved. For the future, she said that she hoped to get familiar with the product knowledge as soon as possible, develop her own customers, and grow together with the Ministry of Foreign Trade!
Edwina zhang joined Kangfu in May, 2018. She has been in the company for more than five years, and she is an old employee of the department. Experienced in the team, skilled in business, often won the sales crown.
After years of working experience, she meets various clients in the business. When asked about her working skills, she said: "Based on the characteristics of the industry, our procurement cycle is long. Customers may not have the intention to buy at the moment, but as a qualified sales person, we should keep long-term follow-up and be patient with customers. Through long-term accumulation, it is possible to turn them into our own customers."
As for how to improve herself, Edwina said, "I hope I can gain more knowledge of operation. Since there are more and more platforms in operation now, and the attributes of each platform are different, I can better find and serve customers on the platform by learning the content of operation." Talking about the development of the company, Edwina said, "I hope the company can give more support to our department and the leadership can give more human and material support."
Anna Zhang knew that CFS was introduced by her contacts in the industry, learned about the reputation of CFS in the industry and decided to join the company without a second thought after the interview with Manager Huang.
Anna not only needs to do a good job in her own foreign trade business, but also needs to help the master who is on maternity leave to maintain domestic customers, which forces her to grow under pressure. She experienced the anxiety of having no customers and no orders at the beginning. Through timely adjustment of her attitude and working methods, she opened up a lot of customer resources within five months.
As for her career planning, Anna said that her short-term goal is to improve her own performance, not only her personal performance, but also that of the department. She hopes that the whole department can achieve the same volume as Xingyi and Jiansong, and our foreign trade department can also have millions of orders and become the top in the industry. The long-term plan is to make outstanding performance and grow into a team leader through continuous learning and accumulating experience.
Finally, I would like to introduce Amy Wu, who has many years of sales experience. As for the management of the whole team, she mentioned that the business of the Foreign Trade Department is still in the development period and the customers have not accumulated much, so she mainly encourages the confidence of the internal staff. As for the sales performance, she admitted that she thought the performance of the whole department was only a passing grade. After that, the focus of the work should also be on mobilizing the atmosphere within the department to make everyone work more passionate.
