Mr. Ma said that his previous work was inseparable from the flooring, 
he was a traffic facility, and he would design and construct traffic facilities for various types of parking lots and garages. In 2000, when the real estate industry entered a period of rapid development, Mr. Ma took advantage of the industry's east wind and moved from the field of traffic facilities to the flooring industry.
After entering the flooring industry, because he had a stable customer base and was familiar with this field, he did it very smoothly. Ma recalls that in those years, because the situation was good and there were many projects, many customers who cooperated with me in the past knew that I was engaged in the flooring industry, so they trusted me and I was one of the earlier people engaged in the flooring industry in Inner Mongolia, so they were assured that I would do the work.
